The deep state's favorite neocon warmonger, John Bolton, just got slapped with an 18-count federal indictment for peddling top-secret intel like yesterday's garage sale junk.

This hawk who stabbed Trump in the back is finally facing the music he dodged under Biden's crooked cover — decades in the slammer for betraying our national security.

A federal grand jury in Greenbelt, Maryland, Thursday hammered Trump's former Trump national security adviser with eight counts of transmitting national defense information and ten counts of unlawfully retaining it — each carrying up to 10 years in prison.

Prosecutors charged that during his 2018-2019 White House stint, Bolton blasted "top secret" docs on future attacks, foreign adversaries, and global relations via his personal AOL email and messaging apps to outsiders.

An Iran-linked hacker exposed some when they breached his unsecured account, per the indictment.

Bolton pledged post-firing he'd returned all classified material. Lies.

FBI raids on August 22, 2025, at his Maryland home and D.C. office seized computers, iPads, flash drives, cellphones, and boxes labeled "Trump I-IV". plus a binder of "statements and reflections to Allied Strikes."

Hauls included Secret-labeled travel memos, confidential U.N. docs, strategic comms, and WMD intel.

The probe, shelved by Biden to shield the Trump-bashing Bolton, exploded after Trump revoked his clearance and FBI Director Kash Patel revived it.

Even sans intent to leak, unsecured personal emails nail him under the Espionage Act of 1917.

In the Oval Office, President Trump blasted: "I was unaware of the indictment, but [Bolton is] a 'bad guy.'"

Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a statement warning, "There is one tier of justice for all Americans. Anyone who abuses a position of power and jeopardizes our national security will be held accountable. No one is above the law."

Patel, who spearheaded the raid, declared, "The FBI’s investigation revealed that John Bolton allegedly transmitted top secret information using personal online accounts and retained said documents in his house in direct violation of federal law. The case was based on meticulous work from dedicated career professionals at the FBI who followed the facts without fear or favor. Weaponization of justice will not be tolerated, and this FBI will stop at nothing to bring to justice anyone who threatens our national security."

This stems from Bolton's 2020 memoir The Room Where It Happened, leaked amid Trump's impeachment.

A judge ruled he likely compromised security, yet Biden spiked the case.

Trump hired the hawk to spook Kim Jong-un, then axed the backstabber who trashed him on CNN.

No more kid gloves for establishment traitors.
