Judge Graf announced Robinson's charges, and the prosecutor announced he will file a notice of intent to seek the death penalty.
A total of seven charges have been brought against Robinson including: Aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, tampering with a witness, and violent offence committed in the presence of a child.
As the judge spoke, Robinson remained silent and emotionless. His face revealing nothing to the court. He spoke only once when asked to state his name.
