Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, has made his first appearance in Utah State Court. This is the first time the public has seen Robinson after his arrest.

Judge Graf announced Robinson's charges, and the prosecutor announced he will file a notice of intent to seek the death penalty.

A total of seven charges have been brought against Robinson including: Aggravated murder, felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury, obstruction of justice, tampering with a witness, and violent offence committed in the presence of a child.

As the judge spoke, Robinson remained silent and emotionless. His face revealing nothing to the court. He spoke only once when asked to state his name.

The case is set for September 29th. The hearing will be via WebX (remote).
