Walmart Fired This Disabled Veteran For Reporting Transgender Sexual Harassment, Now He's Fighting Back

Corporate America kneels at the altar of progressive Marxism, bending over backward to appease the woke mob while trampling the rights of hardworking patriots.

Companies like Walmart, awash in profits from everyday Americans, only retreat from their radical agendas when the public’s outrage threatens their bottom line.

In this upside-down world, body dysphoric "transgenders" are granted untouchable status, draped in special privileges, while our nation’s heroes—veterans who bled for our freedoms—are cast aside as villains.

Nowhere is this clearer than in the case of Joseph Allen, a disabled Christian Army veteran, who now battles Walmart in court after being wrongfully terminated for standing up for his beliefs and reporting harassment.

Allen, a 100 percent disabled Army veteran, filed a lawsuit against Walmart on August 28, 2025, in the United States District Court for Colorado, alleging wrongful termination after reporting sexual harassment by a transgender coworker in the men’s restroom at a Woodland Park, Colorado, store.

U.S. military veteran Joseph Allen

The plaintiff, who suffers from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Irritable Bowel Syndrome due to injuries from multiple roadside explosions during his military service, claims Walmart violated Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Allen asserts that the company failed to accommodate his sincerely held Christian beliefs, which prevented him from sharing a restroom with a biological female, and ignored his reports of harassment, creating a hostile work environment that worsened his health.

The lawsuit details an incident in October 2023, when Allen, struggling with IBS, attempted to use the men’s restroom but found both stalls occupied, one by a transgender female employee, Charlotte, who identifies as “Evan.”

Unable to wait, Allen soiled himself, exacerbating his distress.

He requested a meeting with the store manager to discuss his concerns about sharing the restroom with a biological female and asked for designated facilities.

Later that month, while using a urinal, Allen alleges he turned, due to his PTSD hypervigilance, and saw Charlotte staring at his exposed groin.

He reported the incident as sexual harassment, but the store manager cited Walmart’s policy allowing employees to use restrooms based on gender identity.

Allen further claims that Charlotte, along with another transgender employee, Michelle, a biological female who identifies as “Mike,” and a third colleague, began harassing him at work.

The suit describes them invading his personal space, including driving motorized shopping carts near his work aisles.

Despite Allen reporting these incidents, Walmart took no action.

In December 2023, Allen alleges a second incident where Charlotte stared at his groin while he used the urinal.

He reported it to management, but Charlotte and Michelle then filed what the lawsuit calls a "false harassment" complaint against him, leading to his termination.

"Despite [Allen’s] reports of harassment and seeking to engage in an interactive process with [Walmart] on multiple occasions, [Walmart] instead ignored [Allen] and retaliated by terminating him and claiming, about four months after his initial complaint, that he was the perpetrator of harassment instead of the victim," the lawsuit states.

"Rather than comply with their obligations under federal and state law to engage in an interactive process for a reasonable accommodation with [Walmart] and make a good faith effort to investigate [Allen’s] complaints of sexual harassment, [Walmart] determined it would be better to terminate the conservative Christian disabled veteran than actually comply with its legal obligations to him in the face of potential backlash from the transgender community," the complaint continues.

The lawsuit seeks to address Walmart’s alleged statutory violations and discrimination against Allen, demanding remedies for the harm caused.

As the gavel falls in a Colorado courtroom, Joseph Allen’s fight exposes a deeper truth about corporate priorities.

Walmart, a retail titan built on the dollars of everyday Americans, stands accused of discarding a disabled veteran to shield itself from progressive backlash.

This case raises a haunting question: when did the rights of the few outweigh the dignity of those who served?

The answer, it seems, lies in a society where ideology trumps justice, and the scales tip against those who dare to stand for their beliefs.
