Federal Agents Execute Warrant at Georgia Election Hub Over 2020 Records, Seizes 700+ Boxes of Ballots in Fulton County Raid

FBI agents searched Fulton County's election hub Wednesday, seizing 2020 ballots, tabulator tapes, ballot images, and voter rolls under a federal warrant tied to potential election law violations.

The mainstream media has spent years gaslighting the American people, insisting the 2020 election was the most secure in history while dismissing mounting evidence of irregularities as baseless conspiracy theories.

They declared Joe Biden's victory certain and unassailable.

But a reckoning is coming. Under President Trump's administration, the Department of Justice and FBI are finally moving to confront what many have long suspected: a stolen election in key battlegrounds like Georgia.

The truth buried for too long is being unearthed, one warrant at a time.

FBI agents executed a court-authorized search warrant Wednesday at the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center in Union City, Georgia.

The warrant authorized the seizure of all physical ballots from the 2020 general election, tabulator tapes from voting machines, electronic ballot images from the initial count and recounts, and voter rolls used during the election.

The FBI described the action as a "court-authorized law enforcement action" in an ongoing investigation.

Agents loaded more than 700 boxes of materials onto trucks for transport, reportedly to Virginia.

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was present during the search.

An ODNI spokesperson said her involvement fell within her authorities, citing election security as essential to national integrity.

"We know through intelligence and public reporting that electronic voting systems have been and are vulnerable to exploitation," the spokesperson stated. "President Trump’s directive to secure our elections was clear, and DNI Gabbard has and will continue to take actions within her authorities, alongside our interagency partners, to support ensuring the integrity of our elections."

The warrant referenced potential violations of 52 U.S.C. § 20701, which requires retention of election records for 22 months, and 52 U.S.C. § 20511, which prohibits the procurement or tabulation of materially false or fraudulent ballots.

Fulton County, Georgia, a Democratic stronghold that includes Atlanta, has faced persistent scrutiny over its handling of the 2020 election.

Claims of fraud there contributed to Trump's narrow loss to Biden, though multiple recounts and court reviews upheld the results.

Fulton officials expressed concern over the seizure, with one commissioner questioning the purpose and destination of the materials.

The search follows a December DOJ lawsuit against Fulton County seeking access to 2020 ballots, which the county is fighting. It also aligns with ongoing state-level efforts, including subpoenas from Georgia's State Election Board for similar records.

Democrats, including Sens. Jon Ossoff and Mark Warner, criticized Gabbard's presence.

Ossoff said many Americans were "quite reasonably alarmed" by her being "bizarrely and personally lurking in an FBI evidence truck."

Warner suggested it indicated either a legitimate foreign intelligence nexus—requiring congressional briefing—or improper politicization of intelligence.

The action reignites debate over 2020 election integrity as Trump reiterated threats of prosecution in recent remarks.

The mask is slipping. What the establishment buried in Fulton County—missing ballot images, unsigned tabulator tapes, unproduced records, now sits in federal hands.

Justice delayed is justice denied no longer. The reckoning has begun.
