The swamp is being drained, and even the smallest predators can’t escape justice under President Trump’s iron fist.
U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement New Orleans field office struck a decisive blow Monday against illegal immigration and crime, arresting Cristian Soto-Galeano, a diminutive Guatemalan citizen and convicted sex offender.
The arrest, captured in a striking image showing the shackled suspect beside a towering ICE officer, was announced on X.

This arrest sends a clear message: no one—big or small—evades the law in Trump’s America.
Soto-Galeano, a midget with a notorious past, was apprehended for his criminal history, which includes a conviction for indecent behavior with a juvenile, earning him a two-year prison sentence.
Under Trump’s second term, ICE has supercharged immigration enforcement.
Since President Trump's inauguration, the agency has arrested an average of 664 daily illegal aliens, with 656 deportations daily, totaling 65,682 removals in the first 100 days.
This surge contrasts sharply with the Biden era, when over 8 million illegal aliens flooded the U.S., according to Republican Budget Committee estimates, overwhelming border security and public safety.
ICE Acting Director Todd M. Lyons hailed the effort, noting the removal of 2,288 gang members and criminals with records including 9,639 assaults and 1,479 weapon offenses.
Soto-Galeano’s arrest fits this pattern of targeting threats, regardless of stature.
Soto-Galeano’s deportation looms, a testament to Trump’s promise to put America first. The fight continues, and no predator—however small—will find refuge here.
