The elites in Washington continue to play games with your hard-earned tax dollars while fraudsters laugh all the way to the bank.
Pam Bondi, the supposed tough-on-crime attorney general, just issued a pathetic damage-control statement after independent journalist Nick Shirley blew the lid off the billion-dollar Minnesota Somali fraud scandal.
This mess, centered in Democrat Gov. Tim Walz's backyard, involves looting welfare, daycare, COVID relief and Medicaid programs through a web of Somali nonprofits.
Conservatives raged for days before Bondi bothered to respond, exposing the DOJ's glacial pace while millions vanished into thin air.
Shirley's investigative work shamed the feds into action. He documented empty "daycare centers" and sham operations bilking taxpayers.
Sen. John Kennedy also tore into this disgrace:
Meanwhile, the mainstream media continues to ignore this corruption.
You literally can’t find a single mainstream article about the Minnesota fraud...

Not even one...
How is it that a simple guy with a camera can uncover over $110,000,000 in fraud in a single day, but giant billion‑dollar media organizations behind the glass doors somehow “miss”… https://t.co/epb2hLSuHz pic.twitter.com/rLnFxhumvr
Bondi finally surfaces with a desperate damage-control thread on X, only after Shirley's explosive exposé forces her hand.
She touts ongoing probes and convictions, but the timing reeks of political theater.
Prosecutors have charged 98 individuals, officials have identified 85 of them as Somali descent and courts have convicted more than 60, she said.
MINNESOTA FRAUD: @NickShirleyyy’s work has helped show Americans the scale of fraud in Tim Walz’s Minnesota. @TheJusticeDept has been investigating this for months. So far, we have charged 98 individuals – 85 of Somali descent – and more than 60 have been found guilty in…

Bondi detailed the flagship scam, Feeding Our Future, calling it "THE LARGEST COVID-19 FRAUD CASE CHARGED IN THE COUNTRY."
Defendants claimed to serve millions of free meals to children during the pandemic, but “few, if any, were ever fed,” she wrote, noting fake invoices and rosters.
To date, 78 defendants face charges, 57 stand convicted, and 72 are of Somali descent, with five fugitives in Africa and millions wired overseas.
The tab: "$300–400 million."
Scam 1: FEEDING OUR FUTURE -- THE LARGEST COVID-19 FRAUD CASE CHARGED IN THE COUNTRY
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
- Claimed to serve children millions of free meals during COVID—few, if any, were ever fed
- Submitted fake invoices and fake rosters of kids purportedly receiving meals
- 78 defendants charged…
She spotlighted key sentences: scheme leader Abdiaziz Shafii Farah drew 28 years and over $47 million in restitution; Abdimijad Mohamed Nur got 10 years and millions more owed.
And just last month, we sentenced Abdimijad Mohamed Nur -- another key player in the Feeding Our Future scheme -- to 10 years in federal prison and ordered him to pay millions in restitution

Bondi exposed brazen juror bribery, likening it to "what you would see in the corrupt Somali judicial system."
Scam 2: JUROR BRIBERY
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
Not unlike what you would see in the corrupt Somali judicial system, defendants in the Feeding Our Future case intimidated a cooperating defendant and attempted to bribe jurors
- 3 defendants delivered a bag containing $120,000 in cash to a juror’s house…
Three defendants dropped "a bag containing $120,000 in cash” at a juror's home, promising more if the juror acquitted all seven trial defendants," the AG explained.
Bribers argued, “We are immigrants; they don’t respect or care about us," and claimed "[T]he government kept attacking Somali culture . . . [and] was very racist."
Bondi dismissed this as "ludicrous," stressing the prosecution targeted "the unprecedented level of fraud."
Scam 2: JUROR BRIBERY (continued)
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
According to the defendants, “[T]he government kept attacking Somali culture . . . [and] was very racist.”
- This claim is ludicrous: the government was fighting the unprecedented level of fraud being committedhttps://t.co/8SRiNFZu2p
She outlined an autism Medicaid scheme where Feeding Our Future players created fake clinics, paying parents kickbacks for bogus diagnoses.
The program budgeted at $20 million “ballooned to $200 million — at taxpayers’ expense," Bondi wrote.
Scam 3: AUTISM TREATMENT MEDICAID SCHEME
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
-Many defendants from the Feeding Our Future scam also set up fake “autism clinics”
-Parents in the Somali community reported their children diagnosed as autistic, brought them into daycares disguised as “clinics,” and received huge…
Another Medicaid fraud hit Housing Stabilization Services for the disabled and elderly. Fraudsters formed sham LLCs, enrolling addicts for nonexistent aid. Annual costs rocketed from $2.6 million to $125 million.
Scam 4: MEDICAID FRAUD
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
-Fraudsters identified Minnesota’s Medication coverage program for Housing Stabilization Services – a program meant to help people with disabilities, senior citizens, and people with mental illnesses
-Then, they started sham LLCs and began signing up drug…
Bondi praised U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen, local media, and partners, warning, "We have more prosecutions coming… BUCKLE UP, LAWMAKERS!"
I am incredibly grateful to our U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen and @DMNnews for their dedicated and ongoing work to uncover this fraud and build strong cases against its perpetrators.
— Attorney General Pamela Bondi (@AGPamBondi) December 29, 2025
Here are a few examples of the cases we have prosecuted with other federal partners like…
She thanked Shirley for "doing the kind of journalism that so many outlets used to do," adding, "The people of Minnesota deserve better."
Her claims fall flat. Billions slip away unchecked while Americans battle relentless inflation and soaring costs.
Bondi's DOJ slumbers until a 23-year-old YouTuber shames them into action.
This debacle joins Bondi's growing roster of derelictions, fueling despair over America's future.
The failures demand enumeration, tiresome as it feels: buried Epstein documents, denied justice for Jan. 6 patriots, stalled FBI overhauls, abandoned probes into Trump's near-assassination, free passes for Comey and Letitia James, zero charges for Hunter Biden's schemes, ignored 2020 vote rigging, unchecked migrant surges, COVID lab-leak truth stays buried, unpunished BLM-Antifa riots, overlooked Clinton server scandals, and Big Tech censorship conspiracies face no reckoning.
If you haven't seen it yet, watch his explosive video exposing the scandal:
🚨 Here is the full 42 minutes of my crew and I exposing Minnesota fraud, this might be my most important work yet. We uncovered over $110,000,000 in ONE day. Like it and share it around like wildfire! Its time to hold these corrupt politicians and fraudsters accountable
