Turning Point USA on Wednesday issued its first formal public denial of theories promoted by talk show host Candace Owens that implicate the organization’s leadership in the September assassination of founder Charlie Kirk.
Blake Neff, Kirk’s longtime producer and co-host of The Charlie Kirk Show, delivered the rebuttal during a 22-minute monologue on the program.
Neff accused Owens of spreading "vile theories" that Kirk’s closest associates orchestrated or facilitated the murder, including claims that security personnel deliberately withheld first aid, that technical staff tampered with camera equipment, and that pastors, staff members, and even a college soccer team were complicit.

"Candace has accused practically everyone who ever worked with Charlie of being involved in his assassination," Neff said. "She has referenced French paratroopers, Egyptian government jets, underground assassins — the theories have gotten more and more bizarre by the day."
Neff said the allegations have triggered sustained online and real-world harassment of Turning Point staff and volunteers.

"My friends have had to endure harassment from people who have gotten whipped up by what Candace is saying," Neff said. "In fact, I would say we have suffered more harassment from these people than we have from Antifa supporters who overtly celebrate Charlie’s murder."
In a direct challenge, Neff extended an open invitation for Owens to appear on The Charlie Kirk Show.
"We will give Candace the entire show — no time limits, no restrictions — to lay out every piece of evidence she claims to have," Neff said. "The ball is in her court."
Neff also blasted Owens for what he called deliberate audience manipulation.
"She is doing this to manipulate and string along an audience of people who don’t realize they are being played," he said.
When reportedly pressed about the invitation and Turning Point’s rebuttal, a spokesman for Owens told Daily Mail, "Candace will address all inquiries live on her podcast episode tomorrow."
Kirk, 31, was fatally shot in the neck on Sept. 10 while speaking at a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.
Tyler Robinson, 22, a self-described leftist and college dropout, has been charged with first-degree murder.
Within in days of Kirk's public execution, Kirk’s widow, Erika Kirk, assumed the role of CEO of Turning Point USA.
Last month, she accepted the Presidential Medal of Freedom on her husband’s behalf at the White House.
