Conservative Canceled for Criticizing Liberal Women — Employer Calls It ‘Dehumanizing’

Kangmin Lee, a Korean tech worker has lost his job for sharing his conservative beliefs on social media. The company claims he used "derogatory and dehumanizing" language towards women.

Lee recorded the termination phone call capturing the bizarre exchange between himself and a top company executive.

The executive wasted no time in getting to the point: "We've decided to terminate your contract effective immediately."

Kangmin Lee, who has been fired before for his beliefs, confronted the company rep, asking what specifically was he being fired for.

"Your commentary, invokes language that's derogatory and dehumanizing," said the executive. "You implied that women shouldn't have the right to vote and that women are hags, miserable people, birthers and psychopaths

"I didn't call women that," responded Lee. He goes on to explain that he loves women, and that his posts were specifically calling out the Liberal women who publicly celebrated Charlie Kirk's death.

The rep wasn't having any of it—being a conservative influencer was enough grounds for termination, in his eyes.

In the phone call, Lee and the company rep go back and forth debating the nature of his social media posts but it's clear that he's termination is not up for debate.

Lee's story is a good reminder of the many companies and industries that are intolerant of conservative views. Most conservatives hide their beliefs and values because they know they will be targeted and out of work if they voice them.

Politics should even be in the workplace. What you post of social media—whether Right or Left shouldn't be the employer's concern. But the reality is, an employer will tolerate Liberal beliefs but come down hard on anyone that holds an alternative perspective.
