Last week, rumours were circulating that British adventurer, Lord Miles, had died in hospital due to medical complications following an attempted 40-day fast.

After a week of speculation, the team managing Lord Miles' X account confirmed that the adventurer was alive and well—although detained by Saudi intelligence.

According to the post, Saudi intelligence were tipped off by an American who created fake reports tying Miles to terrorists. This was done with the intention of manipulating the wager on Polymarket.

Lord Miles' team deny all allegations and claim that Miles has no criminal record and has never been been convicted of anything terrorist related.

Miles has apparently spent two weeks in a cell without sunlight and is "not doing good."
