Humanitarian aid surges in immediately, with five border crossings reopening to funnel 400 trucks daily, scaling to 600.

Even far-right Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich admitted "mixed emotions," welcoming hostages home while fearing released "terrorist leaders."
