EXPLOSIVE AUDIO: RFK Jr. Aide Calley Means Caught on Tape Threatening to Sue Wellness CEO Over Alleged Loomer Leaks

A bombshell audio recording released Wednesday reveals Truemed founder Calley Means in a heated confrontation with Peter Gillooly, CEO of The Wellness Company, threatening legal action and leveraging his influence as a top adviser to Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The call exposes a bitter feud within the 'Make America Healthy Again' movement, fueled by allegations of scandal and misinformation.

Means, a former Big Food and Big Pharma lobbyist who reinvented himself as a wellness advocate, has become a polarizing figure since aligning with Kennedy.

Once a vocal Never Trump critic, his transformation has raised eyebrows, especially after his sister, Casey Means, was nominated as U.S. Surgeon General by President Donald Trump.

The nomination has ignited controversy, with critics questioning Casey’s qualifications due to her inactive medical license and her shift from surgical residency to a wellness influencer promoting holistic health solutions.

Means on the call accuses Gillooly of leaking a supposed "oppo document" with "factually and provably untrue" information about Truemed to Laura Loomer, a MAGA hardliner known for her provocative exposés.

"I have documented proof… The problem is a couple: first, the information that you’re sharing in your oppo-document is factually and provably untrue,” Means asserts.

He escalates, warning, "If that little post isn’t taken down, and if any other things happen that I know you’re facilitating, I’m going to sue the shit out of you!”

Means further threatens to involve high-profile figures, cautioning, "If one more thing happens, I’m going to go to [National Institutes of Health Director] Jay Bhattacharya and Bobby to tell then that you and your cadre of Peter McCullough and Kelly Victory are spreading lies and trying to fuck with him and hurt his administration."

The reference to Kennedy, “Bobby,” and Bhattacharya underscores Means’ attempt to weaponize his government role, a move that has sparked an ethics complaint from Gillooly.

Calley Means, as Kennedy’s right-hand man, has been instrumental in shaping the MAHA agenda, which seeks to overhaul federal health policy by challenging mainstream medical institutions.

His dual role as a White House adviser and Truemed co-founder has drawn scrutiny, with allegations of conflicts of interest intensifying since Casey’s nomination.

The siblings, both media-savvy wellness entrepreneurs, have faced accusations of opportunism, with some MAHA supporters labeling them as “controlled opposition” sent to undermine Kennedy’s mission.

Casey Means’ nomination has further fueled the fire.

Despite her Stanford education and co-authorship of the bestselling book Good Energy, her lack of an active medical license and past residency dropout have drawn fierce criticism.

Front line doctors and conservative firebrands like Loomer have warned Casey is "unfit,” while others question her vaccine skepticism and promotion of alternative health therapies.

Trump has defended the pick, saying, “Bobby thought she was fantastic,” though the appointment has deepened rifts within the MAHA coalition.

Gillooly, visibly confused during the call, denies the allegations, saying, “I’m totally lost. Can you start over from the beginning?” and later, "I’m a little confused about why you’re [calling].”

Means dismisses the denial, insisting, "I have document proof,” and redirects Gillooly to speak with The Wellness Company founder Foster Coulson, refusing to negotiate.

The dispute traces back to Loomer’s claims of tax fraud against Truemed, which provides doctor’s letters for tax-free wellness purchases.

Means alleges The Wellness Company, a supplement vendor with anti-vaccine advocates on its board, is the source.

Gillooly has filed a formal complaint, accusing Means of abusing his federal position, a charge that could trigger regulatory scrutiny amid Kennedy’s purge of over 25 percent of HHS staff.

As the MAHA movement teeters on the brink of civil war, this leaked call highlights the volatile power struggles within Trump’s health policy apparatus.

The fallout could reshape the administration’s agenda, with Means’ threats raising questions about the integrity of those driving the charge for a healthier America.
